WE TALK TO GOD THROUGH PRAYER

PRAISES, JOYS AND CONCERNS

PASTORAL PRAYER AND LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth,
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

MEDIATION “Staying Hydrated” Pastor Mary

AFFIRMATION OF FAITH
Leader: In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
People: God then formed man and woman in his image, to bear the divine image into the world.
Leader: Humanity chose to disobey God, resulting in separation from God.
People: God saw us in our sin and loved us.
Leader: God put into place a plan for redemption.
People: God sent Jesus, God's only Son, to die, to take our sins upon himself.
Leader: He was crucified and buried, but he didn't stay dead!
People: He arose! He is alive!
Leader: His life now gives us life once again.
People: We are his agents on this earth, working for the restoration of all things until he returns.
Leader: He will come again and sin will be no more!
All: This is God's story. This we believe.
