 Opening Prayer

O God our Master and King, be with us this morning as we come together to worship you and praise your holy name. We are living in troubling times with many eyes focused on earthly idols instead of you. There is much distrust in the leader of our nation and little or no respect between the people and the police forces. Come Lord Jesus and deliver us from our fears.  Amen

Morning Prayer and Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth,
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,

the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
